Premium Double Cavity Door Slider 65
The Premium Double Cavity Door Slider 65 is an aluminium double cavity slider frame for internal double sliding doors up to 65 kg per door. Premium Sliding Doors designed this system for smooth, quiet and reliable operation in residential, apartment, office and light commercial projects.
Designed for wider openings
This double cavity slider helps create a wider opening because two doors slide into opposite wall cavities. As a result, the room keeps more usable floor space while still gaining a clean and open internal entry.
The aluminium frame gives builders and installers a stable structure for a professional cavity door installation. In addition, the aluminium powder-coated top track helps guide the roller carriage securely during normal sliding operation.
Zero Clearance option
One of the real engineering advantages of the Premium 65 double cavity slider system is the available Zero Clearance option. Many classic cavity slider systems leave a visible door-to-track gap of about 10 mm.
However, the Premium Zero Clearance option can reduce this gap to approximately 3–5 mm in compatible systems. This means the finished installation can look cleaner, sharper and more architectural.
The Zero Clearance option also uses a fast locking bracket mechanism. It quickly secures the roller pin into the door bracket, so installation, adjustment and future servicing become more practical.
Roller and track engineering
The top track is designed to be roller jump-proof. Therefore, the roller carriage stays securely guided during everyday sliding door use.
The metal body rollers include 4 bearings, 4 nylon wheels and a secure thread-lock mechanism. This helps the doors move smoothly and quietly.
Suitable applications
The Premium 65 double system suits internal timber doors, including solid, hollow core and MDF doors. It is a good option for living areas, bedrooms, offices and wider internal openings where a larger clear opening is required.
